We ship to Australia, Canada, Europe, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, the United Kingdom, the United States, and many additional countries globally. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by destination and the shipping method selected at checkout:
- Major urban areas: 3–7 business days
- Regional areas: 5–10 business days
- Remote locations: 7–14 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight and dimensions of your order, and your chosen shipping method. Free shipping promotions are offered periodically on regional websites — check your country site for current offers. For large commercial orders, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Customs and Import Duties

Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to Return

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no charge to you. We take quality very seriously and will always make it right.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
